Education Programs

At SpecialtyCare, quality is an ongoing commitment. Our education programs help our clinicians remain current with the healthcare industry while improving their proficiency in their current jobs. We also provide them with growth and development opportunities to enhance their careers and serve our partner hospitals even better.


To provide extensive training, SpecialtyCare partners with educational programs throughout the country, such as:

  • The Ohio State University
  • Medical University of South Carolina
  • Barry University
  • Drexel University
  • Cooper University

We also support national and international continuing education activities by:

  • Providing financial reimbursement for continuing education
  • Encouraging the presentation and publication of original works
  • Supporting clinicians who wish to pursue a national or state office, or accept a committee membership within their societies
  • Providing tuition assistance for associates pursuing additional college education
  • Providing financial and/or organizational assistance for meetings such as:
  • - Mechanisms of Perfusion
  • - Best Practices in Perfusion
  • - Perfusion Science Review
  • - AmSECT’s Continuing Education Program

In addition, SpecialtyCare offers continuing education programs, distributed through our online Learning Management System. The costs of joining professional societies (AmSECT, AACP, ICEBP, aaBB, SABM, etc.), state licensure, ABCP certification and subscriptions to the various medical journals are all eligible for reimbursement.
